Role Overview

We are now seeking an Account Manager to support our commercial strategy across the Kingdom’s most influential customers across verticals. You will work together with our Client Managers who are owning the end-to-end customer relationship. Your role is to support driving strategic growth with your Best-In-Class Account Management for our Key Customers in the region.

What Will You Do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
  • Retain and grow the current customer base by providing exceptional service and developing long-term relationships
  • Oversee account renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets by identifying and closing incremental business within assigned accounts
  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers, initiating sales conversations and guiding prospects through the sales process
  • Identify and research new leads, evaluate their needs, and qualify opportunities for the sales pipeline
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with technical or support teams as needed
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

What Should You Have

  • 3+ years in enterprise sales or client management, inside sales or account management in the KSA market
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM (MS Dynamics) and office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, RFPs, and public-sector procurement standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is highly desirable
