Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in our Advisory unit, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure, real estate, or natural resources projects for both private and public clients in the Middle East (KSA). You will support the team in delivering business transformation and advisory services, focusing on strategy, change management, and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
We deliver projects on time and to budget, and to optimise the whole life value of assets on behalf of our clients. We work on projects such as HS2, The Shard, Battersea Power Station, Hinkley Point, Changi Airport, and clients such as Shell, Google, Microsoft, Intel, Nissan and Citibank.
The products we are building are cutting edge in our industry, allowing us to deliver these projects better than our competitors.

Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in our Advisory unit, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure, real estate, or natural resources projects for both private and public clients in the Middle East (KSA). You will support the team in delivering business transformation and advisory services, focusing on strategy, change management, and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Assessment & Solution Development:
- Assess client environments and challenges, utilizing structured approaches to discover, deliver, and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Develop and optimize change strategies, including vision, mission, capability assessment, target operating models, and change management frameworks.
- Create tailored solutions that align with client business models and operating environments.
- Programme & Project Management:
- Manage and deliver complex business transformation programmes, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Support the development and implementation of programme integration services, including project lifecycle design, governance, benefits management, and stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to the development of PMO and controls strategies, functional set-up, and optimisation.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face environments with senior (C-suite) client representatives.
- Build strong professional relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and influencing skills to support successful outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders within large and complex organisations, navigating through complex environments.
- Internal Development & Business Generation:
- Contribute to the internal development of methodologies, product toolkits, and transformation products.
- Support business generation activities such as bids, proposals, and marketing campaigns.
- Mentor and coach team members, contributing to their technical and behavioural development.
- Experience & Education:
- 4+ years of industry experience, preferably with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in consulting or internal consulting within the Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Natural Resources sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering complex business transformation programmes in the construction industry.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Experience with project and programme management, including strategy development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications, diagramming tools (e.g., Visio), online whiteboarding tools (e.g., Miro), and team collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Familiarity with specialist software tools such as Oracle Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Tableau, is a strong plus.
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications such as APM, PMI, Prince2, MSP, CMI, CIPD, or equivalent experience are advantageous.
- Key Behaviors:

- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Clear determination to achieve set goals and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.
