Job Description
In your daily work, you will grow sales and continue to build a solid relationship with our customers. In cooperation with a team of technicians, product specialists, Information System specialists, and partners, you participate in the entire process. You will participate in and continue to build a solid relationship with all partners, reporting to Country Sales Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will sell our products and services to existing named accounts within a geographic territory.
- You will maintain relationships with existing named accounts.
- You will focus on set of accounts which include strategic names.
- You will manage relationships with a company's main clients to ensure their long-term success and increase revenue following the set growth KPI's for the country.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- 5+ years experience in selling Automation solutions to sectors like Chemical and Power.
- Technical education.
- Commercial mindset and successful sales development.
- Develop an internal network in a matrix-based organisation.
- Experience delivering sales results and meeting commitments.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Excellent networking skills
- Strategic & financial skills.
- To foster an open environment and an excellent work culture.
- Experience and results working with Senior Leaders and partners.
