The responsibilities of the employee focus on performing any and all obligations, duties and responsibilities associated with the role, which involves cross-functional collaboration, coordination and support across multiple projects, requiring flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. It combines documentation management with administrative responsibilities, such as record-keeping, coordinating approvals, logistics, supporting events and daily operational support to ensure smooth execution within the project engineering environment.
The employee is expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of their duties. Sensitive information related to personnel, contracts, and project matters must be handled with utmost care and in strict accordance with the confidentiality requirements set by supervisors. This includes ensuring secure handling, communication, and storage of such information, and exercising sound judgment in all interactions involving confidential content.
