We are seeking for an Account Manager – DELL RISE SMB (Stock Business for Client & Enterprise Solutions) who will be driving and improving vendor sales whilst meeting the vendor and company objectives and targets.
What will you do?
The role will focus mainly on stock business, driving sell-in and sell-out activities within the RISE and SMB partner ecosystem.
The candidate should have a solid understanding of stock management dynamics, pricing competitiveness, and channel sell-through.
Experience working with an IT distributor is a strong plus.
Profile & Market Knowledge
Deep knowledge of the Saudi IT channel ecosystem, particularly the SMB and RISE partner segment.
Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with Dell, HP, or Lenovo resellers, system integrators, and volume partners. Strong understanding of Client and Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Storage, Networking).
Ability to identify and onboard new RISE partners and expand breadth coverage while maintaining compliance discipline.
Core Responsibilities
Manage assigned SMB/RISE partner accounts to achieve quarterly revenue and gross profit targets.
Drive stock business performance, ensuring efficient inventory rotation and sell-out tracking.
Work closely with Product Managers, Business Development, and Operations to ensure product availability and margin optimization.
Coordinate with Marketing and Telemarketing teams for partner enablement and activation campaigns.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking through CRM.
Compliance & Conduct
Full adherence to Ingram Micro and Dell Technologies' compliance and ethics standards.
Strict respect for restrictions on specific partners and consistent quarterly compliance reporting.
Which Talent do you bring?
3–5 years of experience in IT sales or account management; previous experience within a distributor is preferred.
Strong commercial sense, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Results-driven, accountable, and collaborative mindset.
