Role Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all financial-related activities of the organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management. The CFO provides strategic financial leadership and works closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to drive the company's financial strategy and ensure the organization's long-term financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting, finance, and treasury functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to the executive team to inform decision-making
• Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, and monitor financial performance against targets
• Represent the organization's financial interests to external stakeholders such as investors, lenders, and regulators
• Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team
• Advise on M&A, investment, and other strategic initiatives
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and other executive leaders
  
  

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, MBA preferred
  
  

10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

• Strong technical skills in financial reporting, analysis, and modeling
  
  

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders

• Proven track record of driving financial strategy and leading organizational change
