Account Manager

We’re looking to hire an Account Manager to help us develop engaging, creative, and high-quality strategic communications activities for our clients in the private and public sectors.
As an Account Manager at GTG, you will be at the heart of delivering strategic communication services for prestigious clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on influential projects that shape opinions, build reputations, and drive change. You will act as a trusted partner to our clients, contributing to the development of impactful strategies and leading the day-to-day execution.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, ensuring deliverables meet high quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Develop and implement communication strategies and plans that align with client objectives
- Able to build strong relationships with clients, acting as their day-to-day advisor and maintaining consistent communication while balancing the needs of the client and the firm
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and content, to execute integrated campaigns
- Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and pitching
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
Required skills
- 4-6 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field, with agency experience preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to effectively lead a team
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills, with an ability to build trust and maintain relationships
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Data analysis and data sourcing
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, economics, international affairs, politics, or a related field
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s economy, business environment, government landscape and Vision 2030 programs is a plus
