Internship Programme Overview
Wasserman is seeking motivated and curious individuals to join our dynamic teams across various departments, including Account Management, Strategy & Consulting, Content Production and Client Services.
This programme offers an exciting opportunity for passionate, curious, and driven individuals to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sport, entertainment, and brand marketing. Interns will join our collaborative teams to support real client work, contribute to innovative campaigns, and gain insights into agency life.
This programme is designed to develop future industry talent by offering meaningful exposure, professional mentorship, and valuable training across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and support client initiatives across relevant departments
- Support teams in the planning and delivery of client campaigns and events
- Attend team meetings, brainstorm sessions and client-related calls as appropriate
- Help manage project timelines, budgets and logistics under team guidance
- Collaborate with the team on cross-functional projects
- Monitor sports, media and cultural trends relevant to client sectors
- Recently graduated from a University programme
- Passion for sports, music, entertainment and brand marketing
- Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and problem solve
- Ability to build strong lasting relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop client facing presentations / materials
- Always up for a challenge - you jump into new projects headfirst with a positive attitude
- A 1 year paid internship placement
- Understanding the business of sports - sponsorships and brand activations
- Invaluable insight into the business by working with the team on exciting projects
- Experience and insight on how to maintain and build client relationships
- Development on your operational and production skills on site and in the office
