We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to hotel maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general maintenance personnel.
- Plan, implement, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
- Ensure prompt response to guest room maintenance requests and maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire and life safety (FLS) systems, and hotel standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment logs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, services, and equipment procurement.
- Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives and green engage programs.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and FLS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with PM systems, BMS/GRMS, and energy management systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs.
