3-6 PQE Banking & Finance Lawyer

We are collaborating with a Magic Circle law firm who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking & Finance Lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a leading international law firm in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking & finance law, with experience gained from a reputable international law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including project finance, acquisition finance, trade finance, and debt restructuring.
• Draft and negotiate complex financing agreements and related documentation.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, financial services law, and transactional matters.
• Work closely with clients, offering innovative solutions for complex financial transactions.
• Collaborate with a global team of legal professionals to support cross-border transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified as a lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
• 3-6 years of PQE in Banking & Finance law, with a proven track record at an international law firm.
• Strong technical knowledge of banking and financial services law, including both domestic and international regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
