As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and technical delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, architectural aesthetics, and urban planning regulations.
Key Accountabilities

Civil Engineer:
We are Looking for:
Architectural Engineer: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and technical delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, architectural aesthetics, and urban planning regulations.
Key Accountabilities
(For Both Roles, with task-specific focus)
Civil Engineer:
- Design, review, and supervise structural elements, infrastructure, and civil works in architectural and planning projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes (e.g., SBC, ACI, ASTM).
- Conduct site analysis, grading plans, drainage design, and prepare BOQs and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with architects and MEP engineers to deliver integrated project designs.
- Participate in technical reviews, cost estimation, and permitting processes.
- Develop and review architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and public projects.
- Ensure aesthetic quality, functionality, and compliance with local building regulations.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams to align architectural concepts with technical feasibility.
- Conduct site visits for design validation and support construction teams in resolving architectural issues.
- Prepare presentation packages and documentation for client and authority approvals.
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (based on the role).
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools:
Architectural Engineer: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of local and international codes and standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Experience in preparing technical reports, BOQs, and construction documentation.
