Job Summary


The Zone Supervisor – Souq7 is responsible for supervising and monitoring assigned zones within Souq7 to ensure smooth daily operations, proper coordination with tenants, and a clean, safe, and organized environment for visitors and stakeholders.

The role supports the operations team by conducting regular field visits, following up on tenant requirements, reporting operational observations, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring that Souq7 standards and procedures are maintained across the assigned area.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who have strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills, and who are able to work in a dynamic field environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the assigned zone within Souq7 on a daily basis to ensure operational standards are maintained.

  • Conduct regular field inspections and report any observations related to cleanliness, maintenance, safety, tenant activities, visitor experience, or general site appearance.

  • Coordinate with tenants to understand their operational needs, follow up on their requests, and escalate issues to the relevant team when required.

  • Support communication between tenants, service providers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Follow up on maintenance, cleaning, security, and facility-related matters within the assigned zone.

  • Assist in ensuring that tenants comply with Souq7 operational guidelines, procedures, and site standards.

  • Prepare daily reports, observations, and follow-up updates for the Operations Team.

  • Support visitor and tenant inquiries by providing professional assistance and directing matters to the concerned department when needed.

  • Assist during events, peak periods, or special activities by supporting crowd flow, tenant coordination, and operational readiness.

  • Report any incidents, safety concerns, tenant violations, or service quality issues in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure pending matters are followed up and resolved.

  • Support the overall objective of maintaining Souq7 as a welcoming, organized, and well-managed destination.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are preferred.

  • Preferred academic majors include:

    • Public Administration

    • Business Administration

    • Economics

    • English Language

    • Hospital Administration

    • Tourism and Hospitality Management

  • Candidates with backgrounds in Information Technology, Law, or Government Relations are not preferred, as these fields are not aligned with the nature of the role.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.

  • Strong communication, coordination, customer service, and follow-up skills.

  • Good command of English, spoken and written, is an advantage.

  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in neighborhoods or areas surrounding Souq7 to support job stability and ease of commuting.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic field environment and interact effectively with tenants, visitors, service providers, and different stakeholders within the market.

Reporting Line
The Zone Supervisor – Souq7 reports to the Operations Team and works closely with tenants, maintenance, cleaning, security, service providers, contractors, and other internal departments.
