Eram Talent is seeking a Welding & Mechanical Training Specialist for a position based in Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of welding and mechanical personnel.

The Welding & Mechanical Training Specialist will collaborate with technical teams and management to assess training needs, prepare instructional materials, and conduct hands-on sessions that improve workforce competence and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs related to welding and mechanical disciplines through consultations with stakeholders and performance evaluations.
  • Develop comprehensive training curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials tailored to target audiences.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions, including practical demonstrations and theoretical instruction.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure training programs comply with relevant safety standards, industry codes, and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on latest welding and mechanical technologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to align training initiatives with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in welding and mechanical training roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, mechanical systems, and industry standards such as ASME, AWS, and API.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering training programs, including hands-on practical sessions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is a plus.
