Purpose of the position: As [Computer Engineer] you will be part of the [IT Team ] within [ IT Department ]. You will support [indicate the specific goal]. (Position abstract)

How can you support us?

1-To participate in ongoing IT activities, Maintenance work, extension of IT network and day-to-day activities

2- Prepare the technical reports, compliance records, apply industrial standards and corrective action as per need.

3- Provided troubleshooting system for Windows, Outlook, macOS, and Linux environments.

4-maintains the technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations through hardware/software installation, network troubleshooting, and user support

5-Installing, configuring, and updating laptops, desktop computers, printers, and phones.

6-Providing on-site or remote support to staff to resolve OS, application, and connectivity issues (helpdesk functionality).

6-Monitoring server performance, managing backups, and ensuring uptime for internal systems.

7-Evaluating and upgrading existing IT infrastructure to meet growing business needs

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: [Bachelor degree ]

Background: 3-6 years of experience in administrative or technical support roles

Languages

Technical Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
