- Greeting and seating customers.
- Presenting menus and taking orders.
- Serving food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Upselling menu items and promoting specials.
- Cleaning and setting up tables for the next guests.
- Handling cash and credit card payments.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Proven work experience as a Waitress.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Certification in food handling is a plus.
