About The Role

The VAT, Tax, Zakat & Treasury Accountant is primarily responsible for VAT, WHT, Zakat, Corporate Tax and Customs compliance for Reckitt KSA. The role also oversees treasury support activities and distributor statement of account management to ensure compliance, cash flow efficiency and strong financial controls. The stipulated Saudization directives by the labour authorities will be followed for this position.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements.
• Review VAT treatment of sales, purchases, imports and intercompany transactions.
• repare WHT calculations, filings and reconciliations.
• Support annual Zakat and Corporate Income Tax filings and tax audits.
• Manage tax account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules.
• Review customs duties, import VAT and customs-related accounting entries.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors and ZATCA authorities.
• Support treasury operations including cash management, payments, bank reconciliations and cash forecasting.
• Monitor distributor statement of accounts, perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Reckitt internal controls and finance policies.
  
  

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of experience in VAT, Tax, Zakat or Financial Accounting.
• Knowledge of Saudi tax regulations and ZATCA requirements.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
