Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily housekeeping operations.
- Assign work duties and schedules to housekeeping team members.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services professionally.
- Maintain accurate housekeeping records and reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Hospitality-related certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
