About The Team
Drawing on over 60 years of automotive expertise, Al Ghurair Mobility is redefining transportation across the UAE by advancing cleaner, smarter, and more connected mobility solutions. From hybrid and CNG-powered taxis to the introduction of EXEED, a high-tech automotive brand known for intelligent design, advanced safety features, and refined performance, our growing portfolio serves both business and consumer needs.
- Operational Setup & Infrastructure: Lead the end-to-end establishment of workshop facilities for Mheron and Voyah across KSA, overseeing the procurement of specialized diagnostic tools, high-voltage safety equipment, and workshop machinery required for next-generation electric and luxury vehicles.
- Technical Training & EV Competency: Design and implement rigorous technical training programs focused on high-voltage systems, battery diagnostics, for Mheron & Voyah models, ensuring "Fix First Time (FFT)" excellence and strict adherence to EV safety protocols.
- Principal Liaison & OEM Compliance: Act as the primary technical bridge with Mheron and Voyah principals, ensuring 100% implementation of global technical procedures, warranty protocols, and 5S/HSE standards across all KSA branches.
- Budgeting & Resource Management: Support annual budget planning for specialized tools, equipment, and training; monitor workshop efficiency and labor utilization while sourcing cost-effective, multi-brand tools from global markets.
- Diagnostics, Reporting & Team Development: Lead complex fault analysis and technical reporting to OEMs, coordinate parts shipment for root-cause analysis, while recruiting, mentoring, and upskilling technicians to build a safety-first, high-performance technical team.
