Job Description:
1. 8 – 10 years of experience in cyber security selling - Mandatory
2. Minimum 2 years of selling Managed Security Services (MSS) – strongly preferred
3. Proven ability to successfully engage with C-Suite - strongly preferred
4. Preferably with OT experience
5. Bilingual Arabic speaker, fluent in English - Mandatory
6. Good enterprise customer connect - Mandatory
7. Experience in 3-tier selling model through channel – Preferred
8. Flexible to travel up-to 50% of the time
9. Good understanding of government buying processes – strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies for selling managed security services, including target market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients to understand their security challenges, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. Leverage this information to recommend tailored managed security solutions that address their needs and add value to their organization.
- Solution Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of managed security services to key decision-makers, highlighting the features, benefits, and ROI of the proposed solutions. Address any technical or business-related concerns raised by clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with sales engineers, solution architects, and legal teams. Ensure that proposals align with clients' requirements and compliance standards.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements. Overcome objections and address any concerns to secure signed contracts and achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive offerings in the managed security services landscape. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and differentiate our services in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the cybersecurity or IT services industry.
- Deep understanding of managed security services, including SIEM, SOC, endpoint security, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
