The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader To organize and assist assigned shift, to carry out the production plans within the agreed time schedules, defined quality standards and budgetary controls. Supervise and manage operators to operate efficiently within defined safety and quality standards.

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor’s degree in Bakery or Food Technology
• 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a Bakery.
• Experience in the production of bread and pastry products.
• 3 years’ experience in operating automated bakery plants in a similar position.
