Could you be the full-time System BIM Coordinator in Riyadh we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your BIM expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless integration and coordination across systems, driving innovation and efficiency in project delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Civil Work design teams, subsystem installation teams, and technical validation teams), oversee the delivery of BIM processes and methodologies, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing project modelling tactics and BIM output through all delivery stages, but also lead integration design in BIM and built meetings to resolve geometrical clashes and ensure required metadata.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Delivering project BIM processes, methodologies, and guidance for the collaborative production, maintenance, and delivery of information and data
  • Managing the overall project modelling tactics and BIM output for your scope
  • Directing and facilitating coordination across systems
  • Leading integration design in BIM and built meetings
  • Following the delivery schedule of Civil Work design in BIM and subsystem installation design in BIM
  • Reviewing submitted models for interferences and quality of level of detail
  • Assisting the Design Civil Work Interface & BIM Manager in managing design development
  • Supporting the validation process by checking deliverables as part of the System technical validation

  • Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in BIM engineering or technical functions on projects
  • Experience in BIM coordination on large infrastructure or rail projects
  • Strong knowledge of BIM processes and digital model coordination
  • Proficiency with BIM coordination tools such as Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Revit, and Civil 3D
  • Familiarity with collaborative environments such as ProjectWise
  • Ability to coordinate multiple technical disciplines and manage interfaces
  • Good communication and coordination skills
