Role Summary
Responsible for coordinating daily supply chain documentation, warehouse transactions, inventory records, material movements, and logistics documentation to ensure smooth warehouse and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate receiving and dispatch documentation.
- Prepare shipping and transfer documents.
- Process warehouse paperwork and inventory records.
- Monitor stock movement between warehouses and branches.
- Coordinate material transfers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy within the ERP system.
- Support warehouse cycle counts and stock verification.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and logistics providers.
- Track shipments and delivery status.
- Prepare daily and weekly warehouse reports.
- Support warehouse operations and administrative activities.
- Ensure all supply chain documentation is complete and properly filed.
