- Project cost optimisation and to Ensure that all costsare maintained with in budgeted cost for all approved CAPEX and Project. 2. Execution of CAPEX and Projects praposals for all pipe plant 3. Plan plant Modifications/Up gradations towards achievement of operational Efficiency 4. Ensure Talent Development of Subordinates and Team (Both Within Skill-Set and Multi-Skill) 5. Project Planing and Execution
