Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and professional Stakeholder Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key liaison between our organization and its diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration across all levels. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships while managing competing interests and driving organizational objectives forward.
  • Identify, analyze, and map all internal and external stakeholders relevant to organizational initiatives and strategic goals
  • Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to different stakeholder groups and their specific needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent information sharing
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, consultations, and feedback sessions to gather input and address concerns
  • Analyze stakeholder feedback and concerns, identifying potential risks and opportunities for organizational improvement
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project planning and execution
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating project timelines, deliverables, and any changes or challenges
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder communication plans, including reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and engagement levels, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between stakeholders and internal teams using diplomatic and professional approaches
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on stakeholder insights and market intelligence
  • Ensure cultural awareness and sensitivity in all stakeholder interactions, particularly within the Saudi Arabian business context

Qualifications
  • 15 years of experianse in stakeholder management, relationship management, or similar roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder mapping, analysis, and engagement strategy development
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation techniques
  • Experience with project coordination and management methodologies
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management tools and software platforms
  • Knowledge of business acumen and organizational dynamics
  • Ability to think strategically and align stakeholder needs with organizational objectives
  • Preferred: Experience working in Riyadh or the Middle East region
  • Preferred: Understanding of Saudi Arabian business practices, cultural norms, and regulatory environment
  • Preferred: Experience in industries such as construction, energy, infrastructure, or government relations
  • Preferred: Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Preferred: Project management certification or training
