Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

  • Execute and supervise electrical installation works for solar PV projects (DC & AC).
  • Oversee installation of solar modules, string wiring, junction boxes, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and switchgear.
  • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams for smooth site execution.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.

Electrical Systems & Commissioning

  • Supervise DC cabling, AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
  • Perform testing and commissioning of inverters, transformers, panels, and protection systems.
  • Carry out IR, continuity, polarity, and functional tests.
  • Support grid synchronization and handover to client/utility.

Quality & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to electrical safety norms, project HSE policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain quality standards and conduct inspections as per QA/QC checklists.
  • Identify and resolve site execution issues proactively.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), material reconciliation, and site documentation.
  • Support project manager in tracking schedules and resolving execution challenges.
