Job Description: Digital PMO - Digital Banking

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Are you an experienced Digital PMO with strong expertise in managing strategic initiatives across digital banking platforms?

Join our team and play a key role in driving digital transformation projects across web and mobile channels, ensuring governance, delivery excellence, and alignment with business objectives.

• 5+ years of experience in the banking sector
• Proven experience managing projects within customer-facing digital channels (Web & Mobile)
• Strong experience delivering projects for Corporate and/or SME banking segments
• Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum ceremonies
• Exposure to Open Banking initiatives is a strong plus
• Experience with Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) use cases is a plus
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  
  

• Strong project governance and delivery management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of digital banking ecosystems
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail with structured reporting and tracking
  
  

• Manage and oversee digital banking projects across web and mobile platforms
• Coordinate with business, IT, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
• Drive project governance, reporting, and milestone tracking
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business and customer objectives
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting at all levels
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans
• Support digital transformation initiatives within Corporate and SME banking segments
• Contribute to Open Banking and BaaS-related project initiatives where applicable
