Senior Specialist, Business Continuity

Job Purpose:

To conduct supportive statistical analysis to quantify and analyses risks that affect corporate. Jobholder shall also assist colleagues in handling related matters by sharing previous knowledge and experience.

Accountabilities :

• Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the area of work, ensuring compliance with the standards and procedures
• Review all risk management result with concerned departments and assist in understanding the viability of barriers through (key risk indicators) and its solutions towards organizational strategy
• Assist superiors in terms of coordinating with saudia holding and SNUs to meet governance regulatory requirements
• Review compliance reports and understand its relevance to risks arising, suggesting enhancements if necessary
• Communicate all results and findings to superius while providing solutions if necessary
• Document, and ensure communication of key risks
• Analyse area of potential risk to corporate assets, recommending ways to control or reduce risk
• Assist in developing or implementing risk assessment models or methodologies
• Conduct statistical analyses to quantify risk, using statistical analysis software or econometric
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department guaranteeing employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/ service and responsible environmental attitude

Education Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or any related discipline is required
• Relevant professional certification such as GRC or CGRC or CRMA is proffered
• Advanced English language proficiency is required.

Experience Requirements :

• Minimum of five years work experience with at least two of which in a relevant function.
