Key roles and responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements Egypt
Analyze customer requirements, design and architect comprehensive IT solutions, including all software aspects that align with clients’ business goals
Work closely with the development team to ensure providing the best solution to the customers and smooth handover in the execution phase
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the new technologies and of any changes in the current technologies and its roadmap
Conducting engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the product.
Understand, analyze and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with comprehensive and competitive proposals
Addressing technical inquiries while analyzing the RFPs
Developing detailed proposals that include costs, deliverables, timelines, and other relevant information.
Requirements
Technical/Professional Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
8+ years in System architecture, technical sales or Pre-sales role.
Very good knowledge and practice in different technologies such as AI, business automation and RPA Good knowledge of low code/no code tools
Basic knowledge of cloud and cyber security Knowledge of CRM, contact center and enterprise applications is a plus Proven Technical and IT Services pre-sales experience.
Knowledge of software development cycle
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications is a plus
