Senior Procurement Manager - RU

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - RU to lead procurement operations within the Russian Unit. This pivotal role involves managing procurement activities, developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, and ensuring the delivery of goods and services in alignment with project and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with project teams to meet procurement needs effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in procurement processes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to the Russian Unit’s requirements.
• Manage end-to-end procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and align procurement activities accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations within RU operations.
• Monitor market conditions and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead and mentor procurement team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Russian market.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract management, and supplier negotiation.
• Experience working within or managing procurement processes in Russia or similar regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
