The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Develops and delivers elements of the annual business plan within agreed deadlines and budgets.

• Leads and manages design resources while overseeing daily design operations across projects.

• Prepares and presents performance data and KPIs to project and functional leadership teams.

• Supports business development, work-winning activities, and strategic growth initiatives.

• Ensures compliance with management systems, roles, and responsibilities across project teams.

• Acts as the focal point for all design-related matters and drives improvements to delivery plans, tools, and processes.

• Supports procurement strategies and contractual/legal aspects while promoting technical excellence and effective communication.

• Collaborates with PMO and wider teams, leverages organisational knowledge, and supports net zero carbon objectives through proactive emissions management.

  
  

You’ll need to have:

• Educated to degree level preferably in design relevant discipline (or equivalent).
