Key Responsibilities
- Execute transactions across IPOs, M&A, and advisory mandates
- Lead financial modelling and valuation work across live deals
- Manage deal execution from origination through to close
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and family office principals throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Saudi National status is essential
- Minimum five years of investment banking experience
- CME1 and CME5 certifications are required
- Demonstrated track record across IPO, M&A, and advisory transactions
- Strong financial modelling capabilities
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
- Ability to originate or generate deal flow is advantageous, though not a requirement — a dedicated business development function handles origination
