We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior NDMO Consultant to support clients in implementing and enhancing Data Management and Governance frameworks in alignment with the National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data governance, data quality, metadata management, data privacy, and regulatory compliance within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, IT teams, and executive leadership to assess current capabilities, design governance frameworks, and drive NDMO compliance initiatives across the organization.
Arabic language proficiency is mandatory as the role requires frequent interaction with Arabic-speaking stakeholders and the review of bilingual documentation and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NDMO compliance assessments and maturity evaluations.
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide Data Governance Frameworks aligned with NDMO standards.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, procedures, and operating models.
  • Establish Data Stewardship, Data Ownership, and Data Custodian frameworks.
  • Define and implement Data Quality Management processes, KPIs, and controls.
  • Develop Metadata Management and Data Catalog strategies.
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
  • Conduct gap assessments and prepare remediation roadmaps for NDMO compliance.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions in both Arabic and English.
  • Collaborate with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Privacy teams to ensure alignment with Saudi regulations.
  • Support implementation of Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) requirements.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, compliance reports, and governance dashboards.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development initiatives.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to engage with executive leadership and business teams.
5–10 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Architecture, or Regulatory Compliance.
Strong experience working with NDMO Data Management Framework andrelated standards.
Hands-on experience in governance operating model design andimplementation.
Experience conducting governance assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
Familiarity with Saudi regulatory frameworks, including PDPL and SDAIAguidelines.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
