Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager - Commercial to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership abilities, as you will oversee commercial operations for large-scale projects and ensure they align with the company’s overarching goals.
About the Role
The Senior Manager – Commercial will lead commercial management activities across major infrastructure projects, including procurement, contract management, cost control, financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management. The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience managing large-scale construction and infrastructure contracts throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial, procurement, and contract management activities across major infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement procurement and contracting strategies.
- Oversee project budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Manage contract administration, change management, and claims processes.
- Support commercial negotiations and dispute resolution activities.
- Drive risk management initiatives and monitor commercial performance.
- Collaborate closely with project controls, finance, procurement, and project delivery teams.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with consultants, contractors, and internal business functions.
- Mentor and develop commercial team members while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Cost Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10 – 15 years’ of commercial management experience within major infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong experience across pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities.
- Proven expertise in procurement, contract administration, cost management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, and commercial best practices.
- Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder project environments.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using commercial and reporting systems such as Power BI, PRISM, SAP, CostX, or similar platforms.
