As an Advisory Director – Earth & Environment (KSA), you will be a senior member of the Earth & Environment (E&E) Leadership Team and WSP's principal representative for the E&E business within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will lead the strategic positioning, growth, and client engagement agenda for the E&E business across KSA, helping shape the future direction of the business while driving sustainable revenue growth, market leadership, and client excellence. Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients, government entities, regulators, and industry stakeholders, you will represent WSP, WSP Advisory, and the E&E business in the Kingdom.

The role combines strategic leadership, business development, client ownership, project leadership, quality governance, and executive stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing the KSA growth strategy, leading priority pursuits and key client relationships, overseeing flagship project delivery, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, high-value advisory services across the E&E portfolio.

• Lead the strategic positioning and growth of WSP's Earth & Environment business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aligning local market priorities with regional and global business objectives.
• Act as WSP's senior representative for the E&E business in KSA, strengthening relationships with clients, government entities, regulators, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute the KSA Earth & Environment growth strategy, including priority sectors, clients, service offerings, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
• Identify, pursue, and secure strategic opportunities across key sectors, delivering sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
• Serve as Client Lead for priority accounts, building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and driving long-term client value.
• Lead major pursuits, proposals, and bid activities, providing strategic direction, commercial leadership, and oversight throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Act as Project Director, Sponsor, or Senior Advisor on strategically important projects, ensuring successful delivery and strong client outcomes.
• Provide leadership and oversight across project performance, commercial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Champion quality, technical excellence, and governance across all Earth & Environment services delivered within KSA, ensuring compliance with WSP standards and best practices.
• Drive collaboration across Advisory Services, E&E, and the wider WSP business to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions for clients.
• Contribute as a member of the Earth & Environment Leadership Team, supporting business planning, operational performance, capability development, and strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and develop future leaders, fostering a high-performance culture focused on growth, client success, accountability, and excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Earth Sciences, Sustainability, Natural Resources, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience within consulting, advisory, engineering, or professional services environments.
• Significant experience operating within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and developing strategic client relationships.
• Proven track record of delivering business growth, winning strategic pursuits, and leading key client accounts.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of environmental, sustainability, climate change, ESG, permitting, due diligence, health & safety, or related Earth & Environment services.
Professional accreditation or relevant industry memberships would be advantageous
