Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team at Rize⁠. The ideal candidate has strong experience in campaign development, digital marketing, social media, and mobile app marketing, with the ability to translate complex real estate and fintech concepts into engaging, user-friendly creative assets.

What will you be doing?

• 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign, branding, digital marketing, and app-related creative work.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

• Experience with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.

• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• Mandatory experience working with mobile apps, fintech, proptech, real estate platforms, or digital consumer products.

• Experience in real estate, financial services, rent, housing, or property-related industries is highly preferred.

• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and user acquisition campaigns is a plus

• Design social media, in-app, CRM, website, and digital advertising creatives.

• Develop creative assets that communicate Rize’s rent now, pay later solutions in a clear and compelling way.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and growth initiatives with high-quality creative execution.

• Stay updated on design trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in fintech, proptech, and digital marketing.
