About The Job
We are looking for a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to be integrated into the Industry&Energy Division with experience in Engineering Design roles. Mandatory experience in industrial projects and mandatory to be from Engineering/Design perspective. The position requires strong technical leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and the ability to interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Mandatory experience in industrial projects and mandatory to be from Engineering/Design perspective. The position requires strong technical leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and the ability to interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsabilities
Main descriptions of the job position in KSA office:
- Lead fire safety engineering activities across all project lifecycle phases (concept, design and detail)
- Develop and review Fire Risk Assessments (FRA).
- Define fire protection and detection system requirements and ensure alignment with applicable codes and standards.
- Perform hydraulic calculations for water base system.
- Strong understanding of major international standards and local normative such as:
- SBC, SAF
- NFPA (e.g., NFPA 13, 14, 20, 72, 30, 850)
- International Building Code (IBC) and International Fire Code (IFC)
- EN standards related to fire safety
- PFDs and P&IDs definition.
- Development of Fire Equipment Technical Specifications and data sheets (Pumps, storage tanks, nozzles, hydrants..).
- Familiar with 3D model environment (Navis).
- Support to business growth in various functions.
- BSc or MSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Fire Protection and Life Safety from a recognized university.
- Minimum 6 years of related experience in industrial projects, mandatory to be from Engineering/DESIGN perspective.
- Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of design software such as AFT Fathom, AutoCAD, etc.
- Advanced level of English and Arabic. Preferable native level of Arabic.
- Basic Knowledge of Spanish Language is a plus.
- Report writing skills, social skills, communication, teamwork, problem solving, autonomy, flexibility and technical rigor.
- Transferable Iqama in case non-Saudi.
- Based in Riyadh with willingness to conduct business trips.
- Valid SCE membership. With classification matching years of work experience.
- Willingness to conduct business trips and to work in multinational environment firm.
- Minimum “Professional Engineer” level in Saudi Council of Engineer.
- IELTS Score of 5.5+ or equivalent would be a plus.
- Willingness to travel both in-kingdom and out-Kingdom is a plus.
