About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Automotive Procurement Specialist responsible for sourcing high-quality vehicles, negotiating the best purchase opportunities, and ensuring every acquired vehicle meets Carly's quality and pricing standards.
You will work closely with dealers, individual sellers, inspection teams, pricing specialists, and operations to build a strong inventory that customers can trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Source vehicles through dealerships, auctions, direct sellers, referrals, and strategic partners.
• Negotiate competitive purchase prices and commercial terms.
• Evaluate vehicle condition, history, and market competitiveness.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to identify profitable buying opportunities.
• Coordinate inspections and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and suppliers.
• Ensure procurement targets are achieved while maintaining inventory quality.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Inspection teams.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of automotive procurement or vehicle buying experience.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi automotive market.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to evaluate vehicle pricing and market value.
• Familiarity with automotive marketplaces and dealer networks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Arabic & English proficiency.
