Senior Document Controller Job Description

About The Job
Manages all project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely document control, distribution, and retrieval to support project operations. Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all files are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Implement and oversee document control systems to track and manage engineering, procurement, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with document control standards, processes, and procedures. Distribute project documentation to relevant stakeholders and track document reviews, approvals, and revisions. Maintain records of correspondence, technical documents, drawings, and transmittals. Regularly update document control registers and logs to ensure accuracy and traceability.
Education
Alternative (I): Bachelor's Degree in Administration or closely related field. Eight (8) years Alternative (II): Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Project Administration. Twelve (12) years Experience in organizing and controlling typical project deliverables such as drawings, specifications, operating manuals, vendor submittals, filing systems and document flow procedures.
The job location will be based on Al-khafji.
