Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Accountant to support our accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and tax compliance activities. The role is responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing payments and collections, ensuring compliance with VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) requirements, supporting audits, and coordinating banking-related activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience with Saudi tax regulations, and the ability to analyze financial data while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Accountant to support our accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and tax compliance activities. The role is responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing payments and collections, ensuring compliance with VAT and Withholding Tax (WHT) requirements, supporting audits, and coordinating banking-related activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience with Saudi tax regulations, and the ability to analyze financial data while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare daily payment and collection reports to support cash flow monitoring and financial decision-making.
- Analyze monthly actual payments and collections against forecasted cash flow and provide insights on variances.
- Prepare accounts payable (AP) aging reports and cash flow reports.
- Review monthly VAT returns and coordinate submission activities with external tax advisors.
- Review and validate monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) calculations and ensure timely filing compliance.
- Monitor e-invoicing compliance and ensure successful invoice submission through the ZATCA platform.
- Investigate and resolve e-invoicing errors and tax-related issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Support internal and external tax audits by preparing accurate financial data, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Perform accounting activities in accordance with applicable accounting principles, standards, and company policies.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Maintain and review general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts, cost and revenue reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor accounting entries and control activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information.
- Support budget monitoring by comparing actual costs against budgets and providing relevant analysis.
- Provide basic financial analysis to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions.
- Coordinate bank-related requirements, including employee corporate credit card administration.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding VAT compliance requirements and tax invoice standards.
- Support accounting projects and audit activities to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
- Follow accounting policies, procedures, and internal control processes to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger activities.
- Practical experience with VAT, WHT, and Saudi tax regulations.
- Good understanding of cash flow management and financial analysis.
- Experience with accounting reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience supporting internal and external financial or tax audits.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia e-invoicing requirements and ZATCA compliance.
- Experience working in a multinational organization or structured finance environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external advisors.
