The Role
The Senior Architect (Concourse C Lead) will lead architectural design delivery for Concourse C or similar aviation facilities. The role is responsible for managing design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and ensuring high-quality, compliant design outcomes across large-scale aviation projects.

The Role
The Senior Architect (Concourse C Lead) will lead architectural design delivery for Concourse C or similar aviation facilities. The role is responsible for managing design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and ensuring high-quality, compliant design outcomes across large-scale aviation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the architectural design team for Concourse C works.
- Oversee design development from concept through detailed design.
- Coordinate architectural design activities with MEP, structural, and infrastructure disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with aviation standards, authority requirements, and project briefs.
- Review and approve design deliverables, reports, and presentations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
- 15+ years’ experience in architectural design for large-scale projects.
- Proven experience leading architectural design teams.
- Direct exposure to Concourse C or similar airport terminal facilities.
- Strong experience in design coordination and stakeholder management.
- Expert knowledge of architectural design principles for aviation projects.
- Strong multidisciplinary coordination and interface management skills.
- Proficiency in design reviews, technical approvals, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team mentoring capabilities.
