ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Officer to support and coordinate ARK’s marketing, branding, communications, social media, and public relations activities across the company and its projects.
This role is responsible for managing ARK’s marketing calendar, coordinating with external marketing and branding partners, gathering information from internal teams, supporting content development, reviewing communications before release, and helping ensure that all marketing activities align with ARK’s business objectives and brand direction.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders while managing several priorities simultaneously.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Act as the primary point of coordination between ARK and external marketing, branding, communications, and public relations partners.
- Manage and coordinate ARK’s marketing calendar and monthly marketing activities.
- Collect project updates, company news, announcements, milestones, and business highlights from internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support content development by providing accurate project information, context, approvals, and required materials.
- Coordinate public relations activities, media opportunities, interviews, announcements, and related communication initiatives.
- Review English and Arabic content before publication, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure all marketing and communication outputs align with ARK’s brand positioning, tone of voice, and business goals.
- Follow up internally to obtain approvals, project updates, and supporting materials in a timely manner.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and market opportunities, and share relevant insights with management.
- Support project launches, events, partnerships, campaigns, and communication initiatives.
- Coordinate website updates, company presentations, marketing materials, and digital content as required.
- Track the progress and performance of marketing activities and provide regular updates on ongoing initiatives.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, communications, project information, and related documentation.
- Support ongoing brand development initiatives and help ensure consistency across all company communications and marketing activities.
REQUIREMENT:
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, public relations, social media management, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, consultants, agencies, and external stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience within the real estate, development, construction, engineering, or consulting sectors.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, branding agencies, consultants, or vendors.
- Familiarity with website content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience supporting public relations, corporate communications, or brand management initiatives.
- Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance, and reporting.
