What will you be doing?
The Senior Account Executive (SAE) plays a key role in a team-selling environment, owning a defined territory within Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across strategic accounts, contributing directly to software, services, and recurring revenue growth.
In this role, you will:
- Develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts in Saudi Arabia
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
- Build and execute account and opportunity plans aligned to regional growth priorities
- Use consultative selling techniques to advise customers on their IT strategy and position AvePoint solutions effectively
- Conduct competitive analysis and clearly articulate our value proposition in the local market context
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Engage regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership
- Leverage regional partnerships and build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the Saudi ecosystem
- Support post-sales activities where needed, ensuring effective issue resolution and identifying further growth opportunities

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales
- Proven experience managing complex sales cycles in a B2B environment
- Experience working within a virtual account team structure
- Strong executive-level relationship management skills
- Good understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC market is strongly preferred
