The Cyber Security Architect works across the entire Cyber Security division. This position is responsible for defining and managing enterprise Cyber security architecture overall Maaden Corporate and Business Units in Saudi Arabia, India, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa and Mauritius.

The Cyber Security Architect works across the entire Cyber Security division. This position is responsible for defining and managing enterprise Cyber security architecture overall Maaden Corporate and Business Units in Saudi Arabia, India, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa and Mauritius.
Key Accountabilities
- Design, assess and execute the Enterprise Cybersecurity Architecture to effectively support Maaden Cybersecurity posture and digitization plans.
- Provide SME technology guidance, road maps, principles, standards, and best practices to deliver and maintain the Cyber Security Architecture strategic roadmap.
- Build the enterprise security architecture and participate in the design reviews of Maaden mega projects and expansion plans.
- Ensure appropriate technical standards and security controls are defined for the group IT infrastructure and applications as well as cross group assets.
- Perform evaluation and selection of new security solutions.
- Support the implementation of new digital and technology solutions.
- Reports key Security Architecture issues for escalation and decision.
- Manage Cybersecurity risk assessments and impact analysis activities in line with Maaden ERM frameworks and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain Maaden Cybersecurity Architecture framework, policies, and standards.
- Act as an architecture board member in relevant Maaden technology boards.
- Key SME of the Cyber Security Architecture ‘Competence Centers’ that will serve as best practice authority on methodologies and procedures.
- Mentor and coach, the team both technically and managerial.
- Bachelor degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information System, Computer Engineering or any other related field. An advance degree is desirable.
- Minimum of 5-8 years' related experience in Cybersecurity, IT.
