The Salon Manager oversees the daily operations, client experience, and performance of Brau salon to ensure service excellence, team productivity, and meeting sales targets. This role is responsible for maintaining the Brau’s standards of quality, hygiene, and customer care while leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver an exceptional client journey.

Responsibilities:
Operations -
-
Managing team rosters, vacations and appointment schedules.

Managing store inventory to ensure sufficient stock of retail and professional products at all times.

Managing any store maintenance related issues on a proactive and timely basis.
-
Maintaining and updating all government related documentation.
-
Ensuring SOPs are followed at all times.
-
Managing client relationships and ensuring the client journey is strictly followed by all team members.
Team Management -
-
Resolving any client complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
-
Ensuring daily financials are up to date and accurate.
-
Stepping into front of house operations as and when required.
Onboarding -
-
Onboarding new team members as per onboarding plan and SOP.
-
Conducting monthly 1-1 with each team member.
-
Monitoring treatment quality and providing action and training plan as and when required.
Sales -
-
Working on achieving store financial targets.
-
Conducting daily drives with all team members where daily targets are communicated to the team.
-
Reviewing daily summary from team members.
-
Reviewing weekly instore sales report and developing an action plan accordingly.
-
Upselling treatments in house.
-
Upselling retail and packages.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managerial role, within the beauty, spa, or hospitality sectors.
Required Skills
-
Strong leadership and people management skills.

Sales driven with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
-
Proficient in salon software and report tools.
-
Flexibility on working days and shifts.
-
Knowledge of salon services, products, and professional standards.
