Senior Design Manager - Electrical

Overview

The Senior Design Manager – Electrical will be responsible for leading the electrical design of hospitality and leisure assets, ensuring reliability, safety, and high-end guest experience. This includes power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, and smart technologies.

Your role

• Manage electrical design development from concept to IFC stage

• Oversee power systems, lighting design, and ELV integration (ICT, security, AV)

• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes

• Coordinate with architects and MEP teams for seamless integration

• Drive innovative solutions in smart systems and energy efficiency

• Manage consultants and review design quality

• Support procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases

About you

• Degree in Electrical Engineering

• 20+ years in electrical design, preferably in hospitality or mixed-use developments

• Expertise in lighting design and guest experience-driven solutions

• Knowledge of Saudi Electrical Code and international standards

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with BIM and smart building technologies
