What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of experience as Sales Manager, B2B sales, or full-cycle SaaS closing roles
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Strong experience managing complex sales cycles from discovery to close
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to confidently engage HR leaders, founders, recruitment teams, and enterprise decision-makers
High ownership mentality with strong execution, urgency, and commercial instincts
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
Previous experience in SaaS, HRTech, recruitment, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and signed contracts
Drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts through consultative selling
Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, and strategic commercial conversations with key stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruitment teams, and executive decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities and expand Qureos’ presence across target markets
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities
Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to maximize conversion and customer outcomes
Gather customer and market insights to strengthen product positioning and go-to-market strategy
Represent Qureos with professionalism, energy, and a high-performance mindset in every interaction
