RequirementsCurrent student or recent graduate (Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn
Interest in sales or business development
Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Notion) and platforms like LinkedIn is a plus
Identify and research target companies (FinTech, Saas, eCommerce, etc.)
Reach out to key decision-makers (HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists, CEOs)
Present Hailaman in a clear and compelling way
Schedule demos for the sales team
Qualify potential leads
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM
Continuously improve outreach approach based on performance and results
Performance-based earnings (no cap)
