RPA Support Specialist
Bavarian Capital
Date: 2 weeks ago
City: Riyadh
Contract type: Full time
Remote
Bavarian Capital is currently supporting a Saudi Arabian infrastructure firm as it expands its operations and broadens its technical reach. We are adding an RPA Support Specialist to our team to help maintain the automated workflows that keep these large scale projects running smoothly. This role is an important part of our commitment to providing durable value through technical stability and precise execution.
About the role
As an entry level member of the AIS team, you will focus on the day to day health and reliability of our automated processes. You will work closely with our developers to monitor bot performance and resolve minor issues that arise during regular operation. This is a fully remote position that requires a methodical approach to troubleshooting and a keen eye for detail. You will learn how to identify patterns in system behavior and ensure that our digital workforce remains functional as the infrastructure projects we support continue to grow. The position offers a chance to build a professional foundation in a calm and focused environment.
What you will do
Bavarian Capital provides a professional home for individuals who value stability and a deliberate pace of work. We believe that professional autonomy is a cornerstone of a healthy working relationship, which is why we operate as a remote first firm. Our team members are trusted to manage their responsibilities with precision and care, without the distractions of a traditional office setting. We focus on building sustainable systems and relationships that stand the test of time. By joining our team, you are entering an environment where clear communication and logical decision making are the standard. We move with purpose and ensure that every action we take is supported by sound reasoning and a long term view of success.
