Job Summary
We are seeking a Property Management Officer to support the effective administrative and operational management of the Group’s real estate assets and properties.
The role will be responsible for managing tenant relations, lease and contract administration, property-related documentation, and coordinating day-to-day property management requirements with internal departments and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining efficient property operations, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and ensuring proper follow-up of property-related matters in alignment with the Group’s standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to assigned properties and real estate assets.
- Maintain and manage lease agreements, contracts, tenant records, and property documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants and ensure professional and timely communication.
- Receive and follow up on tenant requests, inquiries, complaints, and service requirements until resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments, including Facility Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to address property and tenant-related matters.
- Follow up on lease renewals, contract updates, tenant documentation, and other property-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of properties, tenants, contracts, and related information.
- Prepare and organize administrative, contractual, and legal documentation related to property management.
- Support the preparation of periodic reports and updates for management regarding property status, tenant matters, contracts, and outstanding actions.
- Coordinate property-related activities with external stakeholders, service providers, tenants, and other relevant parties.
- Support property marketing and leasing activities, including property information, availability, and tenant coordination where required.
- Ensure all property management activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and approved processes.
- Escalate operational, contractual, or tenant-related issues to management when required.
- Perform other property management and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in property management, real estate operations, lease administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managingproperty contracts, leases, tenant relations, and property documentation.
- Experience in dealing directly with tenants, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good understanding of property management and real estate operations.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiencyor above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments and external stakeholders.
