Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and ICT projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and customer expectations.

The role is responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure, while coordinating closely with customers, technical teams, vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex IT O&M and ICT projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with operations teams, technical teams, customers, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Identify and assess project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Manage project issues, dependencies, escalations, and corrective actions.
• Manage change requests, including impact assessments, approvals, and implementation.
• Coordinate technical activities across IT infrastructure, software, applications, ITSM, and related technology environments.
• Support the resolution of operational and project delivery challenges.
• Ensure effective project handover and transition to operations and support teams.
• Maintain complete project documentation, records, reports, and lessons learned.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia when required to support project delivery and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, MIS, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing complex IT, ICT, and Operations & Maintenance projects.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT infrastructure, software and applications, enterprise IT operations, and ERP workflows.
• Strong knowledge of established project management methodologies and practices.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, budget control, risk management, change management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in vendor and supplier management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in demanding environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, reporting, and executive communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• ITIL certification is required.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability and willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.
